Valentine’s Cards during Children’s Sunday School
February 5 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
During Sunday School on Febrary 5th and 12th, students will
have opportunities to make valentines for residents of nursing homes and shut-ins. Older children may
join this activity if they would like. Lessons for 3-5 year-olds are titled Growing in Grace and Gratitude
and have some great activities. Lessons for 6-10 year-olds are titled Practicing Generosity from the Follow
Me series. The Christian Education Committee is excited about these ideas and hope children will enjoy
them. If you would like to help with a class, please, contact Barb Martin at barbaramartin729@msn.com
or phone the church office at 740-593-3351. Lesson plans will be provided for all volunteers. Class sizes
are usually small.
